Saudi Arabia have lost 10 of their 11 FIFA World Cup matches against European opposition. The only exception took place in Washington, a 1-0 win against Belgium in 1994 – the game was marked by Saeed Al-Owairan’s goal where he dribbled the ball from his own half before finding the Belgian net.
